National Fitness Day: Working out for a Healthier Life

Today marks the National Fitness Day, which has been held in China on August 8 annually since 2009.

Along with jogging or the traditional morning exercises such as tai chi, a variety of modern activities, such as yoga, boxing and late night workouts for urban white collars with the booming of 24-hour gyms, have gained popularity across the country in recent years.
